Dave and Niki Price began their Solana Beach adventure in 2019 while living and working at an independent boarding school in Andover, MA. Splitting time between coasts, they managed their property remotely to maximize revenue and enjoyed their beach house whenever their schedule allowed. Today, they’re excited to share what they’ve learned. Their goal is to provide a personalized, local alternative to the large, private equity-backed property management firms in the area. With a neighbor’s care and a deep understanding of the guest experience, they treat every home as if it were their own.
